I'm Tim, and I'm a travel advisor with The Plan Away, working under a host agency. I've planned hundreds of trips for clients — everything from family beach vacations to multi-country European itineraries. I even plan mystery trips where my clients have no idea where they're going or what they'll be doing until they open an envelope at their destination. It's one of my favorite things to put together.

Over the years, I tried just about every CRM and travel tool out there. Some felt like they were designed in 2005 and never updated. Others were great at one thing — maybe itineraries looked beautiful, or the pipeline management was solid — but fell apart everywhere else. I'd end up duct-taping together three or four different platforms just to run my business.

I never felt like I had one tool that handled everything I actually needed. Something that looked great for me and my clients. Something that tracked my commissions so I wasn't chasing down payments in a spreadsheet. Something that let me build beautiful itineraries, collect cards securely, manage my leads, and send proposals — all in one place.

So I decided to build it myself. JourneyFuse started as the tool I wished I had — designed from scratch, from a travel advisor's perspective. Every feature exists because I personally needed it in my day-to-day work, or because another advisor told me they were struggling with the same thing.

I'm still a working travel advisor. I use JourneyFuse every day to run my own business. That means when something is clunky or missing, I feel it firsthand — and I fix it. This isn't a tool built by a software company guessing at what travel agents need. It's built by someone who lives it.
