Agent Profiles & Sub-Branding

Your agent profile controls how you appear to clients and within your agency. It includes your credentials, contact info, and optional sub-agency branding.

Profile Fields

Your agent profile includes:

  • Business Name — your DBA or sub-agency name (used on proposals when sub-branding is enabled)
  • CLIA Number — your Cruise Lines International Association membership number
  • IATA/IATAN Number — your International Air Transport Association accreditation number
  • Host Agency ID — your ID under your host agency (solo advisors)
  • CLIA Card — upload an image or PDF of your CLIA card
  • Certifications & Designations — professional certifications like CTA, CTC, CTIE, DS, ASTA, and more (see below)
  • Bio — a professional description shown in your profile
  • Specialties — travel areas you focus on (Luxury, Cruise, Disney, Family, Honeymoon, etc.)
  • Phone and Email — contact details
  • Commission Split — your individual commission split percentage (if different from the workspace default)
  • Email Signature — HTML signature appended to outgoing emails

Certifications & Designations

Track your professional certifications by selecting them on your profile. Available certifications include:

  • CTA — Certified Travel Associate (The Travel Institute)
  • CTC — Certified Travel Counselor (The Travel Institute)
  • CTIE — Certified Travel Industry Executive (The Travel Institute)
  • DS — Destination Specialist (The Travel Institute)
  • ASTA Member — American Society of Travel Advisors
  • ACTA Member — Association of Canadian Travel Agencies
  • TRUE Accreditation — Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration
  • Disney CEP — Disney College of Excellence Program
  • Sandals CSS — Certified Sandals Specialist
  • AMResorts Master Agent

Select any that apply to your profile — they're stored for internal reference and agency records.

Sub-Agency Branding

When Allow Sub-Agency Branding is enabled in workspace settings, agents can display their own business name on client-facing materials like proposals.

This is useful for independent contractors or sub-agents who operate under an agency but have their own branding.

Only workspace owners and admins can enable or disable the sub-branding setting.

Solo Advisor vs. Team Agent

Your profile experience differs slightly depending on your workspace type:

Solo Advisors

  • Commission settings appear directly on your Profile page
  • The settings sidebar shows My Business instead of "Agency"
  • You can manage your host agency details (host's name, address, CLIA, IATA, website)
  • CLIA number and credentials are part of your profile

Team Agents

  • Commission settings may be managed by your admin (on the Commission page)
  • You can set a personal commission split override if your admin allows it
  • Your business name appears on proposals only if sub-branding is enabled
  • Some workspace settings may be locked by your admin
