Managing Clients

The Clients page is your central directory for everyone you work with. From here you can add new clients, search your list, filter by agent, and click into detailed profiles.

Client List Page

Navigate to Clients in the sidebar to see your full client list. The page shows three summary cards at the top:

  • Total Clients — how many clients are in your workspace (or assigned to you)
  • New This Month — clients added in the last 30 days
  • In Households — clients that belong to a household group

Below the summary cards, the client table shows each client's name, contact info, household, and trip details. Click any row to open the client's detail page.

Search and Filter

Use the search bar to find clients by name. In team workspaces, an agent filter dropdown lets you narrow the list to clients assigned to a specific advisor.

My View vs. Agency View

In team workspaces, the client list respects your current view toggle:

  • My View — shows only clients assigned to you, or with trips assigned to you
  • Agency View — shows all clients across the workspace, with the option to filter by agent

Creating a Client

Click the Add Client button in the top right. The form asks for:

  • First Name (required)
  • Last Name (required)
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address — with autocomplete for easy entry

JourneyFuse automatically creates a household for each new client. You can add household members later from the client detail page.

Client Detail Page

Click any client to open their profile. The detail page has several sections:

Profile Header

Shows the client's name, email, phone, and address along with tags for their household, how long they've been a client, travel style, and upcoming trips.

Action buttons in the header let you:

  • Email the client directly
  • Call (opens your phone dialer)
  • Edit their contact info
  • Delete the client (permanent — requires confirmation)

Stats Row

A quick glance at key metrics:

Tabs

The detail page has five tabs:

  • Overview — household members, preferences, and travel profile
  • Trips — all trips for this client with status badges and quick links
  • Traveler Info — passport details, known traveler numbers, and travel documents
  • Timeline — notes and activity history with @mention support
  • Emails — email history with this client

Assigning Clients to Agents

In team workspaces, owners and admins can assign a client to a specific agent:

  1. Open the client detail page
  2. Use the agent assignment dropdown in the profile header
  3. Select the agent to assign

Agents can only see clients assigned to them (or clients with trips assigned to them) when in My View.

Deleting a Client

From the client detail page, click the trash icon in the profile header. You'll be asked to confirm — deletion is permanent and removes the client and all associated data.
