@Mentions

Use @mentions to tag team members in notes and support ticket messages. The mentioned person gets an in-app notification and an email so they never miss important context.

How to Mention Someone

In any note or support ticket message, type @ followed by their name. A dropdown menu will appear showing workspace members that match what you're typing.

  • Use arrow keys to navigate the list
  • Press Enter or Tab to select a person
  • The mention appears as a highlighted tag in your message

You can mention multiple people in the same message.

Where Mentions Work

  • Trip notes — mention a colleague when you need input on a booking
  • Client notes — tag someone to hand off a client interaction
  • Support tickets — loop in team members on a support conversation

What Happens When You're Mentioned

When someone mentions you:

  1. In-app notification — appears in your notification bell with a link to the note or ticket
  2. Email notification — sent immediately with a preview of the message and a button to view it

You won't receive a notification if you mention yourself.
