Use @mentions to tag team members in notes and support ticket messages. The mentioned person gets an in-app notification and an email so they never miss important context.
In any note or support ticket message, type @ followed by their name. A dropdown menu will appear showing workspace members that match what you're typing.
You can mention multiple people in the same message.
