JourneyFuse sends in-app notifications to keep you informed about important events across your workspace. Notifications appear in the notification bell in the top navigation bar.
The bell icon in the top-right corner of the app shows a red dot when you have unread notifications. Click it to open the notification panel, which lists your recent notifications in reverse chronological order.
Each notification shows:
Click any notification to navigate to the related page (e.g., a trip, invoice, or lead). Use Mark all read to clear the unread indicator.
The unread count refreshes automatically every 60 seconds, so you'll see new notifications without needing to reload the page.
JourneyFuse generates notifications for the following events:

| New lead | A new lead has been added to your pipeline |
| Trip departing (7 days) | A trip is departing within the next 7 days |
| Trip departing (1 day) | A trip departs tomorrow |
| Payment overdue | An invoice payment is past its due date |
| Commission overdue | A commission payment from a supplier is overdue |
| Commission reminder | A reminder to follow up on pending commissions |
| Email scheduled | An email has been queued for delivery |
| Email sent | An email was successfully delivered |
| Email failed | An email failed to send |
| Inbound email | A new email was received from a client |
| Proposal accepted | A client accepted your proposal through the portal |
| Proposal declined | A client declined your proposal |
| Proposal comment | A client left a comment on a proposal |
| Booking imported | A booking was successfully imported via AI |
| Booking import review | An AI-imported booking needs manual review |
| Mention | Someone tagged you with @mention in a note or comment |
In addition to in-app notifications, certain events also trigger email notifications to your connected email address. This ensures you don't miss critical updates even when you're not actively using JourneyFuse.
