JourneyFuse uses a per-agent pricing model. Each agent in your workspace needs a paid seat after your free trial ends.

The annual plan saves 20% compared to monthly billing.

Free Trial

Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue using JourneyFuse.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription:

  • Current plan — see your plan type, next billing date, and amount
  • Change plan — switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Payment method — update your credit card on file
  • Billing history — view and download past invoices

Agent Seats

Your subscription is based on the number of active agents in your workspace:

  • Adding agents — when you invite a new team member and they accept, a new seat is added to your subscription automatically
  • Removing agents — when you deactivate an agent, their seat is removed at the next billing cycle
  • Owner seat — the workspace owner always counts as one seat

Solo vs Agency

Solo advisors pay for one seat. Agency workspaces pay per agent. Both get the same features — the only difference is price scales with team size.
