Navigating the Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base in JourneyFuse. It surfaces what needs your attention today and gives you a snapshot of your business at a glance.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar is organized into two sections:

Agency-plan workspaces also see an Agency item for managing team-wide settings.

Settings and Platform Admin (for super admins) appear at the bottom of the sidebar.

Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard adapts based on your data. Here's what you'll see:

Morning Briefing

A personalized greeting with high-level stats:

  • Active trips — trips currently in progress or upcoming
  • Pipeline value — total value of leads in your pipeline
  • Expected commissions — commissions you're waiting on from suppliers
  • Deposits and final payments due — upcoming payment deadlines that need attention

Today Section

Tasks and payment deadlines due today or soon, with action items flagged for your attention.

Lead Pipeline

A snapshot of your active leads grouped by stage — see how many leads are in each column of your pipeline without leaving the dashboard.

Travel Timeline

Upcoming trips displayed on a visual timeline so you can see what's coming up in the next 30 days.

Revenue Forecast

Monthly revenue chart showing received and expected commissions over time.

Communication Widget

Recent email activity connected to your workspace inbox.

Invoice Widget

Outstanding invoices and recent payment activity.

Recent Itineraries

Quick links to itineraries you've recently worked on.

Celebrations

Upcoming client birthdays and anniversaries so you never miss a personal touch.

My View vs. Agency View

In team workspaces, a toggle in the header lets you switch between:

  • My View — shows only your clients, trips, leads, and data. The dashboard filters everything to your assignments.
  • Agency View — shows data across all agents. Available to owners and admins. The dashboard displays an agency banner with the total number of advisors and any items needing attention.

When in Agency View, a filter bar lets you drill down by specific agent. The sidebar's Trips link also adjusts automatically — My View adds a myView filter so you see only your trips by default.

Agents always see My View. Only owners and admins on an agency plan can switch to Agency View.

Empty State

If you're brand new and have no data yet, the dashboard shows a welcome state with quick-start buttons to Add a Lead, Import a Booking, or Add a Trip.
