Email Campaigns

Campaigns let you send a single email to many clients at once. Use them to share promotions, destination updates, seasonal offers, or any message you want to send to a segment of your client list.

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns in the sidebar
  2. Click New Campaign
  3. Fill in the campaign name, subject line, and body (or choose an email template)
  4. Configure your recipients
  5. Send immediately, or schedule for a later time

Recipients

Who Gets the Email

The Sender Mode controls the base audience:

All Clients, From Their AgentEvery client, but the email appears to come from their assigned advisor

Clients who have unsubscribed are automatically excluded.

Narrowing by Tag

Use Narrow by tag to send to a subset of the audience above. Select one or more tags — only clients with at least one of those tags will receive the campaign. This is how you target segments like:

  • All clients tagged cruise → share a cruise promotion
  • All clients tagged disney → send a Disney park update
  • All clients tagged luxury → send a high-end destination feature

Leave the tag filter empty to send to everyone in the selected sender mode.

The recipient count updates live as you toggle tags so you always know exactly how many clients will receive the email before sending.

Email Content

Write from Scratch

Use the rich text editor to compose your email. You can add formatted text, links, images, and bullet points.

Use a Template

Toggle Use Template and select from your saved email templates to pre-fill the subject and body. You can edit the content after selecting.

Personalization Variables

The body supports merge variables that are replaced per recipient:

  • {{first_name}} — recipient's first name
  • {{last_name}} — recipient's last name
  • {{agent_name}} — the sending agent's name

Sending Options

Send Now

Click Send Campaign to send immediately. You'll see a confirmation dialog showing the recipient count.

Schedule

Click Schedule to pick a future date and time. The campaign sends automatically at the scheduled time. You can cancel a scheduled campaign before it goes out.

Tracking

After sending, the campaign detail page shows delivery stats:

Click any stat to see the individual recipients in that group.
