Campaigns let you send a single email to many clients at once. Use them to share promotions, destination updates, seasonal offers, or any message you want to send to a segment of your client list.
The Sender Mode controls the base audience:

Clients who have unsubscribed are automatically excluded.
Use Narrow by tag to send to a subset of the audience above. Select one or more tags — only clients with at least one of those tags will receive the campaign. This is how you target segments like:
cruise → share a cruise promotiondisney → send a Disney park updateluxury → send a high-end destination featureLeave the tag filter empty to send to everyone in the selected sender mode.
The recipient count updates live as you toggle tags so you always know exactly how many clients will receive the email before sending.
Use the rich text editor to compose your email. You can add formatted text, links, images, and bullet points.
Toggle Use Template and select from your saved email templates to pre-fill the subject and body. You can edit the content after selecting.
The body supports merge variables that are replaced per recipient:
{{first_name}} — recipient's first name{{last_name}} — recipient's last name{{agent_name}} — the sending agent's nameClick Send Campaign to send immediately. You'll see a confirmation dialog showing the recipient count.
Click Schedule to pick a future date and time. The campaign sends automatically at the scheduled time. You can cancel a scheduled campaign before it goes out.
After sending, the campaign detail page shows delivery stats:
