Branding & Appearance

JourneyFuse lets you customize your brand identity so that client-facing pages — proposals, invoices, the client portal, and emails — reflect your agency's look and feel.

Setting Up Your Brand

Navigate to your workspace settings to configure branding:

  • Solo advisors — go to My Business in the sidebar
  • Teams — go to Agency in the sidebar (admins and owners only)

Branding Options

SettingWhat it controls
LogoYour agency logo, displayed on proposals, invoices, the client portal, and email headers
Accent colorThe primary color used for buttons, headers, and highlights across client-facing pages. Choose from preset colors or enter a custom hex value.
TaglineA short phrase displayed under your agency name

Upload your logo by clicking the logo area in the branding section. Logos are stored securely and optimized for display.

Where Branding Appears

Your branding is applied consistently across all client-facing surfaces:

  • Proposals — your logo and accent color appear in the proposal header
  • Invoices — the logo is displayed at the top of every invoice
  • Client portal — clients see your logo and branding when they log in to view their trip details
  • Emails — your logo and agency signature appear in outgoing emails

Accent Color

The accent color is used as the primary highlight color throughout client-facing pages. It applies to:

  • Buttons and call-to-action elements
  • Section headers and dividers
  • Links and interactive highlights

JourneyFuse provides a palette of preset colors, or you can enter any custom hex color code to match your brand exactly.

Agent Sub-Branding

In team workspaces, admins can enable sub-agency branding in the Agency settings. When enabled:

  • Agents can display their own business name on proposals sent to clients
  • This is useful for agencies where individual agents operate under their own brand identity within a larger agency

When sub-branding is disabled, all proposals use the agency's brand name only.

Only workspace owners and admins can toggle the sub-agency branding setting.

Emergency Contact

You can also set an emergency contact phone number in your workspace settings. This number appears on client-facing itineraries and in the client portal, giving travelers a way to reach someone while on the road.
