Form Submissions

Last updated March 18, 2026

You built the form, shared the link, and your clients filled it out. Now what? The Submissions tab on any form shows you every response that's come in — names, passport details, dietary needs, whatever you asked for — in a clean table you can review, click into, or export.

Viewing Submissions

Go to Forms in the sidebar → click any form → Submissions tab. You'll see a table with:

  • Summary columns — the first 4 fields from your form shown as quick-glance columns
  • Submission date — when the response was submitted
  • Lead status — whether a lead was auto-created from this submission (if you have form lead assignment enabled)

The submission count badge on the tab tells you how many responses have come in at a glance.

Viewing Full Details

Click any row to expand the full submission detail. This shows every field the client filled out in a clean key-value format:

  • Text fields display as-is
  • Yes/No questions show as "Yes" or "No" (not raw true/false)
  • Multi-select answers are comma-separated
  • Address fields are formatted across multiple lines

This is where you go when you need a specific traveler's passport number, dietary restrictions, or emergency contact info.

Exporting to CSV

Click Export CSV to download all submissions as a spreadsheet. The file is named form-submissions-YYYY-MM-DD.csv and includes every field from every submission.

This is incredibly useful for:

  • Sending a passenger manifest to a cruise line or resort
  • Compiling dietary requirements for a group dinner
  • Creating a rooming list from a group booking form
  • Sharing traveler info with a tour operator or DMC

How Clients Submit Forms

Forms can be shared three ways — each is available from the form detail page:

MethodHow It Works
Direct linkA standalone URL your client opens in their browser
Iframe embedEmbed the form directly on your website
Popup buttonA styled link that opens the form in a new window

Each method has a Copy button for quick sharing. You can also attach forms directly to group booking proposals so travelers fill them out during the booking flow.

Tips

  1. Check submissions weekly for group trips. Don't wait until departure — you'll have a pile of missing info to chase. A weekly glance at the Submissions tab tells you who's filled out forms and who hasn't.

  2. Export to CSV before sending to suppliers. Most cruise lines and resorts want passenger info in a spreadsheet. The CSV export saves you from retyping everything.

  3. Use form lead assignment for intake forms. If you're using a form on your website to capture new client inquiries, enable form lead assignment so each submission automatically creates a lead in your pipeline.

  4. Keep forms short. Clients are 3x more likely to complete a 5-field form than a 15-field form. Ask for what you need now, and follow up for the rest later.
