Itinerary Templates

JourneyFuse lets you save itinerary content at three levels — full itineraries, individual day plans, and single content blocks. Saved templates appear in the library panel inside the itinerary builder and can be reused across any trip.

Template Scopes

Scope	What it saves	Use case
Full Itinerary	All days and blocks	Reusable multi-day trip frameworks
Day Plan	All blocks in a single day	Common day itineraries (e.g. "Day at Magic Kingdom")
Content Block	A single block	Reusable segments like a specific hotel, restaurant, or transfer

Saving a Content Block

Click the bookmark icon on any block in the day editor. A dialog appears where you enter:

• Name — a descriptive title for finding it later
• Tags — optional keywords for searching
• Destination — optional location tag
• Visibility — Private, Agency, or Community

The block is saved to your library immediately.

Saving a Day Plan

Click the bookmark icon in the day header row to save all blocks in that day as a reusable day plan template. The same save dialog appears with name, tags, destination, and visibility options.

Saving a Full Itinerary

Save an entire itinerary from the save template dialog with the scope set to Full Itinerary. This captures every day and every block, creating a complete trip framework you can clone into new trips.

Visibility Levels

Level	Who can access	Notes
Private	Only your workspace	Default — good for personal templates
Agency	All workspaces in your agency	Share with your team
Community	All JourneyFuse users	Goes through admin review before publishing

Browsing Templates in the Library Panel

The library panel is the right sidebar in the itinerary builder. It has two tabs:

• Itineraries — your saved templates, filtered by scope and source
• Guides — resource guides by category

Filtering

Use the scope filter to narrow results by Full Itinerary, Day Plan, or Content Block. Use the source filter to switch between:

• My Library — templates you created
• Community — public templates from other JourneyFuse users

A search bar lets you find templates by name.

Using a Template

Click any template in the library panel to insert its content:

• Content blocks insert into the currently selected day
• Day plans add a new day with all the template's blocks
• Full itineraries replace or merge with the current itinerary structure

The inserted content is a copy — editing it does not change the original template.

Community Gallery

Browse community templates at Templates > Gallery. The gallery shows templates shared by other advisors, with cards displaying the name, description, clone count, and author. Click Clone to create a private copy in your workspace.
